VISION NIGHT 2024
Thank you for joining us for this year’s Vision Night.
It was a wonderful opportunity to pause and take a moment to reflect on all ways God is working in and through NEC.
Twenty-one year old Bekah bravely shared the raw truth of growing up in a house with constant turmoil. Youth group was a safe place for her to be a kid as she struggled with her faith, depression and anxiety. She is now leading a young adults small group.
Drew started to come to NEC when he was just four years old. At twenty, he is our youngest worship leader. Robwas in his twenties when he started coming to NEC. Now a father of three, he is seeing his kids thrive in their faith. Paulo came to NEC so his kids would learn good values and in return he has experienced a new faith. And Maria and her son Flavio have found a home here at NEC. At just 16-years-old, Flavio finds himself waiting for Sunday so he can get to church.
For 27 years, NEC has held its mission - to be a place for people who have given up on church but not on God and to be a blessing within and beyond our walls. We especially want to be a place where there is a seat ready for those yet to come, for generations to come.
Our goal for the evening (get a recap here) was to stabilize our budget so we can mobilize our ministries. By asking for 50 NECer’s to consider giving monthly (or increasing their monthly giving) we can respond better to immediate needs, keep staff we love, initiate new ministries, take care of property issues, and plan for the future…for generations to come!
So without further ado, here’s how the evening has brought us closer to that goal.

15 people signed up for monthly donations!
9 people plan to increase their monthly donations!
And many people gave generous one time donations!
AMAZING! That brings us halfway to our goal!
If you still need to set up your online giving, go to nechapel.org/give. You can pick the amount and the start date! Of course, if you prefer to keep you current mode of giving via check or cash, please do!
On the giving form, you'll notice a Sign In tab. Simply log in using your email address or phone number, and make any necessary changes to your account or recurring gifts. If you do not already have a giving account, you'll be able to create one from that Sign In tab as well.
We shared a special time together at Vision Night and we are so grateful for the part each of you play in God’s greater plan. We thank you for your time, generosity and the many ways you continue to spread His love within and beyond our walls.
