A reset for Ficco's: Former Franklin bowladrome transformed into a new kind of church

FRANKLIN — For more than 75 years, the space inside the former Ficco's Bowladrome resounded with the thudding and rolling of candlepin balls, the clatter of falling pins and the congenial chatter of families and friends out for a night of fun and friendly competition.

Like playing in the dirt and growing organic vegetables? NEC partners with the Franklin Community Garden & the Franklin Food Pantry growing organic vegetables & flowers for clients of the pantry! We’re looking for volunteers to weed, to water, to do routine maintenance in the garden, or to harvest vegetables on Tuesdays and Fridays throughout the growing season.
